What is the frequency of a name, and why does it matter?
The frequency of a name is one of the twelve classes your name and your mother's name fall into by abjad.
Twelve classes
Add the abjad of the name to the abjad of the mother's name and divide by 12; the remainder is the frequency of the name (12 when it is 0). Each number from 1 to 12 is a class, from the aristocratic and mystical ones, which are the best, to the classes that bring loss or accident.
A good frequency and a bad one
Frequencies 1 to 4 (aristocratic and mystical) bring sustenance and blessing. 5 and 6 bring neither harm nor ease. 7 to 12 are the loss-making and accident-bringing classes, and this reading reminds you to consider a name change if you fall in one.
The next step
Try the Name frequency reading. If the frequency of your name is not a favourable one, a name frequency change request has our experts suggest names with a better frequency — for your gender and starting with the letter you want.
